Call him Rotiman. His ringing bell – like clockwork on most days – brings folk out from their houses to clamour around his motorbike for wholesome breakfast bread and teatime goodies.There are about 100 of him in Penang, with more than 60 operating on the island. Each rotiman has a “territory” in which he operates. It’s a demanding venture but also a rewarding one, as Nadhan can attest.
