THE THIRD Dr. Wu Lien-Teh Society Award for Leadership in Public Health was awarded this year to Adeeba Kamarulzaman, the Pro Vice-Chancellor and President (Malaysia) of Monash University Malaysia.Adeeba founded the Infectious Diseases Unit and the Centre of Excellence for Research in AIDS and was Dean of Universiti Malaya’s Faculty of Medicine (2011-2019).
